Do I need to register to place an order ?
Yes, the creation of an account is required on our site in order to place an order.
Can my order be shipped the same day I placed it on your site ?
A delay of 24 hours is necessary in order to process your order in the best possible way. If it is made on a Friday or weekend, it will leave on the next working day.
I haven't received an order confirmation, is this normal ?

Which countries do you deliver to?
Once your payment is received, it is processed and leaves us within 24 hours. If it is done on Friday, then it will be processed and shipped the next business day.
